Kettle Valley Railway: Kelowna to Penticton

 All-inclusive, accessible cycling adventure from Myra Station (Kelowna) to Penticton on the historic Kettle Valley Railway.

 

If you are looking for a multi-day trip, you will break halfway at Chute Lake Lodge for a night of camping on the lake. At Chute Lake you can enjoy fishing or paddling at sunset, followed by great company around the campfire. Homemade camp meals provided by our talented camp cook. We have a large selection of adaptive cycling equipment to choose from. Our trip leader will provide you with a safe and enjoyable trip from beginning to end. 

Okanagan Mountain Park

Adventure across Okanagan Lake by kayak to access Okanagan Mountain Lake Park. Set up camp for the night at a marine campsite in a secluded, sandy bay overlooking the lake and mountains. After an evening around the campfire, wake up and explore the park by trail in the rugged landscape, grasslands and spruce-fir forests. 

You can spend one or two days on the water and in the vessel of your choice, kayak, canoe, or paddleboard - all of which have many adaptations to ensure your safety and comfort while on the water.

Wells Gray Provincial Park

Hike & Whitewater Raft & Camp

Explore Wells Gray Provincial Park and view some of BC’s major scenic waterfalls. Using a trail rider, if needed, you will be able to experience the park and all of its natural beauty with over one or two days of hiking. Overnight you will camp and enjoy delicious healthy meals by a campfire made by our camp chef. 

 

If you're feeling extra adventurous - sign up for an additional day of river-rafting on Clearwater River. Our Trip Leader and hired River Guides will ensure all adaptations are comfortable and safe for you to enjoy a couple hours of thrill and adventure on the water.

Trip costs are all-inclusive:

 

  • Travel (vehicle, shuttle, ferry, parking fees, etc)

  • Food (meal preparation, hot meals provided by camp chef)

  • Accommodations (reservations, camp set up and take down, sleeping gear)

  • Special use permits for parks or regional districts

  • Qualified Trip Leader

    • Career Firefighter with Emergency Medical Responder & Wilderness First Aid, member of Central Okanagan Search and Rescue

  • All adaptive equipment and modifications (trailrider, cycles, kayak, canoe, paddleboard, etc)

  • Additional volunteers  (depending on client needs)

  • Trip Coordinator and Logistics

  • Administration (pre and post trip gear preparation and packing, office supplies, insurance, pre and post trip media)
